每個 JBoss® Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP) 釋出版本都經過嚴格的測試，支援多種市佔率高的作業系統、Java™ 虛擬機器（JVM）、以及資料庫的組合。Red Hat 會根據您的訂閱協議，對實體與虛擬環境的投產與開發情境，提出受支援的配置與測試過的整合功能。[1]
受支援的配置
為了要在受支援的配置環境下執行，EAP 必須在以下 TCK（技術相容套件，Technology Compatibility Kit）認證的實作上，以及支援該實作的作業系統上執行。Red Hat 依靠 TCK 來驗證平台的相容性。

測試過的整合功能
測試過的整合功能是由特定的受測整合技術所定義，這整合技術來自 JBoss Enterprise Middleware 客戶最常使用的組合。對於這些整合功能，Red Hat 已經直接、或透過認證伙伴，在產品釋出過程中進行完整的平台測試。在這測試過程中找出的問題會在 JBoss EAP 的每個版本的《發行公告》中詳述。
Red Hat 會根據您的訂閱協議，在相同的主要版本家族或其上的測試版本，對投產與發展環境進行測試整合。在相同主要版本家族中測試整合的早期版本，會在商用的合理基礎上受到支援。
