extends AbstractSingleColumnStandardBasicType<byte[]>
implements VersionType<byte[]>

A type that maps between a VARBINARY and byte[] Implementation of the VersionType interface should be considered deprecated. For binary entity versions/timestamps, RowVersionType should be used instead.
