be2net: account for skb allocation failures.
Issue
- Server hung and does not respond to ping or ssh connection, and we see the following messages on console.
kernel: be2net 0000:02:00.1: skb alloc failed
kernel: be2net 0000:02:00.0: skb alloc failed
