IPA server issue with admin account resulting in many errors in RHDS errors file.
Issue
We are seeing a lot of the following in the /var/log/dirsrv/slapd-
[27/Jun/2014:15:36:38 +0100] ipalockout_preop - [file ipa_lockout.c, line 722]: Failed to retrieve entry "admin": 32
[27/Jun/2014:15:36:38 +0100] ipalockout_postop - [file ipa_lockout.c, line 473]: Failed to retrieve entry "admin": 32
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- ipa-server-3.0.0-37.el6.x86_64
