Is there a mechanism to gracefully shutdown the satellite?
Issue
- Is it possible to configure the satellite to do the following upon shutdown?
- Allow all current yum updates to finish downloading.
- Disallow new connections to the satellite.
- Not shut down until all current activity has finished.
- Have this behavior able to be turned on or off with a switch.
