vmcore on netdump server has 0 size
Issue
When server crashed netdump do not writ the vmcore to the netdump server. There is only a 0 size vmcore-incomplete file and the log:
#ls -rlt
total 152
-rw------- 1 netdump netdump 0 May 23 14:41 vmcore-incomplete
-rw------- 1 netdump netdump 148999 May 23 14:41 log
