Issue

Weekly scheduled job is getting an error. Kicked off manually and the same error is present. Error is present on each of the 2 workers in the region so not limited to since appliance.
Error Message:

ERROR -- : MIQ(MiqReport-notify_users_of_report) Queuing email user: [Ryherd, Sonya M (AT - Atlanta)] report results: [vAuto RHEL VMs] failed with error: [ArgumentError] [invalid byte sequence in UTF-8]

If the format of the email is changed to .txt or .csv then the mail is delivered without issue, so it appears to be related to PDF. Will attach logs where the issue is present and a copy of the report that is causing the issue.
