RHEV user unable to change VM Pool permissions even with SuperUser role assigned

A RHEV user is unable to modify VM Pool permissions in the Admin Portal despite being assigned the SuperUser role to the cluster/data center the VM Pool is contained in

Error messages such as the following are presented when trying to use this user to modify the permissions of a VM Pool:
