HornetQ complains that LibAIO is not enabled while the LibAIO is already installed and available on Linux
Issue
- I have jBoss running with HornetQ. Upon startup I see message in the log fles that seems to indicate that LibAIO is not installed.
- LibAIO is isntalled and available on the platform (verified by yum).
- Please advice why HornetQ is not picking it up and how to make it do so.
Message from HornetQ startup:
012-02-23 13:04:15,172 WARNING
[org.hornetq.core.deployers.impl.FileConfigurationParser] (main) AIO
wasn't located on this platform, it will fall back to using pure Java
NIO. If your platform is Linux, install LibAIO to enable the AIO journal
...
Check that libaio is avilalble:
