With RHN Satellite, how do I change the directory where java heapdumps are written?
Issue
- Taskomatic generated a number of heap dumps and filled up the root (/) filesystem.
- Heap dumps for taskomatic were being written to /usr/sbin, which is an inappropriate place to put them.
- Somewhere in /var seems like it would be a more standard place.
- Is there a way to alter the location where the heapdumps are written so they don't fill the root filesystem?
Environment
