How to remove appliance attached to a region on CloudForms?

Issue

I have 2 regions, 99 is master and 01 is normal region with one CloudForms appliance in each region. I accidentally joined those appliances to wrong regions.

There are inactive appliances on CloudForms GUI, how can I remove them ?
