How to "force remove" a storage domain in RHEV 3.3

Issue

  • RHEV has lost physical access to a storage domain (disk physically removed, or NFS server no longer exports the required domain)
  • It is not possible to restore access to the storage domain
  • How do I remove the storage domain from the RHEV database, so it can continue operation without it
