How to realize that "Emulex Corporation OneConnect 10Gb NIC (be3) (rev 01)" network card is running in SR-IOV mode without a card BIOS access
Issue
- How to know which mode is the network card running in?
- The machine can not be rebooted for some reason, that's why the card's BIOS is unavailable.

- version: 4.6.62.0r and later
- firmware-version: 4.6.247.5 and later
- ethtool-3.5-1.2.el6_5.x86_64 and later
