Issue

We have a 3 node cluster with Ceilometer running active/active/active. Mongodb is running active/passive on one of the nodes. When accessing through the horizon dashboard (Resource Usage), the dashboard times out with "Opps something went wrong". However from the Mongodb end I can see the query dataset being built out.
