Issue

Concurrently live migrating 10 kvm guests works fine.
Attempting to migrate 11 or more guests encounters this error:

: Connection reset by peerr: Cannot recv data: ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Would like to be able to concurrently live migrate about 40 kvm guests, but 10 is the maximum at the moment
Command being used to execute the live migrations:

# for i in `seq 12` ; do virsh migrate --live rhel6-guest-$i qemu+ssh://RHEL62-HOST/system & done
