JBoss ON agent exceptions "Failed to synchronize local inventory with Server inventory for Resource [id]

Issue

• We're getting the following exceptions when we tried to startup one of JBoss ON agents. The exceptions prevent the agent from starting up. Looks like one of the data entries is corrupt.
