Unable to start hp-health and hp-snmp-agents process on RHEL server

Getting below error while trying to start
hp-health[root@example init.d]# ./hp-health start **** Warning: hp-OpenIPMI is no longer necessary on this OS release. hp-OpenIPMI will not be used. It is safe to uninstall hp-OpenIPMI.
