Issue

Installing OpenShift Enterprise on a minimal Red Hat Enterprise Linux installation fails with the following error:

$ sh <(curl -s https://install.openshift.com/ose)
OpenShift installation requires ssh but it does not appear to be available. Correct this and rerun the installer.
