Is there a command in RHEL that directly caches the files in a directory to have applications afterwards start faster?

Issue

My application is reading files after start. It starts faster if it has been started bevore and the contents of the required files are already in the filesystem cache. Is there a command to directly have the files in a directory transferred to the filesystem cache?
