Not able to add models from other projects to existing VDB in JBDS Teiid Designer perspective

Issue

• after a VDB has been initially created, subsequent attempts to add more models to the VDB will only allow us to select from models that are in the project/layer where the VDB was saved.
• can only add models from the same project to existing VDB
• unable to add models from other projects to an existing VDB
