Environment

Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.1, 3.2
Alert definition enabled for a resource being monitored by a JBoss ON agent
Agent was previously unable to reach the JBoss ON server
- While agent was offline, agent collects one or more values for the monitored metric that would result in the alert's condition evaluating to true
