Can changes be made to banned IRQs without restarting irqbalance in RHEL 6.4?
Issue
After IRQs are banned by adding --banirq=XX to the config file /etc/sysconfig/irqbalance the command pkill -HUP irqbalance is run. This does not appear to work.
Does irqbalance need to be restarted to add additional IRQs to the list of banned IRQs?
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.4
