Issue
- Guest alias IP address attached to the bond is not reachable for few minutes after failover of active slave bond interface in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6. Intermittently while performing the same test, IP was not reachable at all or fails to recover

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 update 4 on the host
- HP Blade system (network topology as shown in the issue section)
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 update 3 Guest with bonding
- Bonding options "mode=1 arp_interval=1000 fail_over_mac=1 arp_ip_target=X.X.X.X arp_validate=active"
- Ping test from external network
- Delay of two minute was observed for the alias IP to become reachable again on the network after failover
- Alias IP was reachable from the same subnet
