When using Subscription Management Applications on Customer Portal, Satellite Certificate generation tool displays message: "We're sorry, but something went wrong."

  • In the middle of an upgrade from Satellite 5.5 to 5.6 and unable to download the required certificate. Downloaded this previously but the subscriptions didn't match what the attached subscriptions showed on the website. Received the below error when attempting to download the certificate. Deleted and re-created the subscriptions management applications and still get the same error during certificate download. Able to download the manifest successfully.
