Using taskcleaner.sh to correctly remove zombie tasks from the RHEV 3.x database

Issue

Due to a usage text error, the flags needed to clean zombie tasks from the database are incorrect. Simply using the -R flag will result in the entire table of asynchronous tasks being truncated.
