pdf2ps in RHEL 5 and RHEL 6 throws errors when converting some PDFs
Issue
Running pdf2ps may generate errors on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5. The same PDFs may be converted properly when using the latest version of ghostscript on Windows (as a test). The error generated by the pdf2ps command is as follows:
warning: ignoring zlib error: incorrect data check
Error: /syntaxerror in ID
