Unable to login to the IPA server's WebGUI

Issue

When trying to login to the IPA server itself (as the admin user), using the admin web-interface, the following error is displayed:

Sorry you are not allowed to access this service.
Your session has expired. Please re-login.

The IPA Apache server is looking for the machine's shortname principal instead of the FQDN.
