Recommendations for using jBPM 6 Runtime Engine embedding into application or accessing via RemoteRestRuntimeFactory

Issue

Need some information about the recommendations on using Runtime Engine. Although it depends on the use cases to decide which approach to choose, like embedding the RuntimeEngine (using CDI) into the application or accessing it through the Remote Java API like RemoteRestRuntimeFactory . But are there any pros and cons on each of the approaches and are there any recommendations about which one is (in general) recommended ?
