Openshift Online app regularly becoming unavailable

Issue

Our app has been having availability issues. Once every few days, it goes to "Service Temporarily Unavailable". I've been keeping an eye on memory usage and there doesn't appear to be any leaks -- it's a rather simplistic CRUD app.
