new-connection-sql is defined with a no op SQL statement (no effect)
<new-connection-sql>SELECT 1 FROM DUAL</new-connection-sql>
<new-connection-sql>select 1 from dual</new-connection-sql>
Does <new-connection-sql>select 1 from sysibm.sysdummy1</new-connection-sql> validate new connections before making it available to the application?
