While installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 update 5, server reboots after mounting the tmpfs
Issue
- Server reboots while installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 update 5 on IBM x3650 M3. Last message seen on the console is
mounting /tmp on tmpfs.. done
- The same problem is seen with RHEL 7 public beta as well
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 update 5
- IBM x3650 M3
- Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5620
- BIOS Version: -[D6E160AUS-1.18] Release date: 07/24/2013
