Kernel errors from the disk in the hardware RAID controller.
Issue
- Having an hardware raid controller with two disks mirrored through it. Recently one of the disk was changed due to failure. After some time noticed LED indicator on servers LED panel which suggest some internal error. Investigating the issue looks fine at OS level. All driver and Logical volumes are mounted properly except few messages in log file which keeps popping after few minutes. the messages that are seen are
