Issue

Our design for database failover from one site to another being achieve by changing the DNS value of our Database IP.

If we have a postgres datasource setup in EAP and we change the underlying DNS entry will the Datasource create new connections using the current value of the DNS or is the DNS ip configuration cached at startup?
