Why does Trusted boot (tboot) drop some kernel boot arguments during boot?

Issue

  • Have configured system to use Trusted Boot (tboot), but this drops some kernel boot arguments during boot.
  • The parameters are mentioned in the file /boot/grub/grub.conf file but not available in /proc/cmdline.
  • Is there any limitation on number of characters in tboot kernel command line?

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5
  • tboot-1.7.4-1.el6.x86_64
