abrt-gui is giving error 'error in case creation: no Location URL, HTTP code: 401'

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 update 2
abrt-2.0.x

Issue

abrt-gui is giving error 'error in case creation: no Location URL, HTTP code: 401(exited with 1)'

OR

ABRT is giving 'HTTP code: 401' error on Reporter - 'Red Hat Customer Support'

Resolution

Follow these steps.
Run command
$ abrt-gui
Click on menu 'Edit'
Click on 'Preferences'
You will see popup window 'Event Configuraion'
Click on Text 'Red Hat Customer Support'.
Then click button 'Configure Event', You will see popup window - Red Hat Customer Support.
Make sure 'RH Portal URL' is https://api.access.redhat.com/rs
Enter your RHN username and password and press 'OK' button.

Root Cause

Once we report using RHTSupport reporter with abrt-gui, it stores RH Portal URL, RHN username & password. If One enter this information wrong OR if this information becomes obsolete, abrt-gui throws http 401 (Unauthorized) error.
