RHEV Data Center is in a "Non-Responsive" state and the storage domain is in an "Unknown" state

Issue

Datacenter is in Non-Responsive state and storage domain is in Unknown state but host is UP.
VMs are showing UP in the rhevm GUI but vdsClient is not showing that VMs are down.
