After migration from 1.2 to 2.0 rhcsh script has not been updated

Issue

On our previous openshift 1.2 installation we customized the rhcsh script to display a specific welcome message when user use "rhc ssh" command.
- Once the migration is done, this script has not been updated or overidden by the rhcsh script from 2.0 version.
