Issue

HBA card is showing offline in one of the Redhat server.
Seeing the following:

lpfc 0000:10:00.0: 0:0448 Adapter failed init, mbxCmd x8d READ_SPARM mbxStatus x0

Need to verify the logs and find out whether issue is from OS side or hardware related.
