Cert-manager Integration with Quay: Handling tls.crt and tls.key

Issue

• Users want to integrate cert-manager (Venafi) with Quay Operator for managing SSL certificates but need clarification on:

  • Can TLS secrets be passed separately to the Quay Custom Resource instead of using quay-config-bundle?
  • Quay expects ssl.cert and ssl.key, while cert-manager uses tls.crt and tls.key. Is this format supported?
  • Can Quay deployments be configured to use cert-manager-generated TLS secrets directly?
