Loki custom log alerts not seen in admin console under observe in RHOCP4
Issue
- Loki custom log alerts not seen in administrator console under the observe tab
- Users with loki RBAC roles such as
alertingrules.loki.grafana.com-v1-adminare unable to see custom alerts within the admin console - Loki custom alerts are seen firing within the operator menu but are not seen within the admin console
