VXLAN logs "non-ECT from x.x.x.x with TOS"
Issue
- After update from RHEL 8.4 to RHEL 8.8, the VXLAN module logs errors such as:
vxlan: non-ECT from 192.0.2.150 with TOS=0x2
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.7 (
kernel-4.18.0-425.3.1.el8) and later - VXLAN networking
