7.x の設定ファイルを使用すると Service rsyslog は Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 でログを作成しない

Issue

• 次のエラーメッセージが /var/log/messages に表示されます。

• rsyslog サービスで特定のログファイルが適切に更新されません。
