Issue
- In Openshift 4.12 version, there is the intermittent tcp timeout issue in OpenShift OVN-Kubernetes for Pod-to-External traffic when the node outgoing OVN snat port is using the same listening nodeport service port(
32000~32767) cause the tcp connection 3-way handshake never establish.
