Can resource constraints be applied to entire resource groups with pacemaker in RHEL 6 or 7?

Issue

  • Can I apply resource-level constraints to entire resource groups in pacemaker?
  • I see that I can apply constraints to resources with pcs to control the location or ordering of operations for those resources, but how can I do the same thing for entire groups?

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 or 7 with the High Availability Add On
  • pacemaker
  • One or more resource groups
