dynamic makedumpfile filtering levels with kdump
Issue
ability to configure makedumpfile filtering levels so that they can be set dynamically depending on available space within the dump target. In other words, this is a request for the ability to have a vmcore be dumped with no filtering if the required space is available, but to restrict what is captured if there is limited storage.
