mkdumprd does not load all of modules into kdump initrd file when modprobe can not find the module.

Issue

When using command mkdumprd to create a kdump initrd image file, mkdumprd would scan all the modules listed by "lsmod", but in particular cases, it may ignore to scan the module and lead kdump not able to boot.
