OpenShift Virtualization operator pods are missing from the OpenShift Cluster

Issue

• The operator pods like ssp-operator, virt-operator, cdi-operator and hco-operator are missing from the openshift-cnv namespace.
• All other controller pods are operational, and the virtual machines are actively running in the cluster
• The deployment of these pods were also missing from the openshift-cnv namespace.
