OIDC provider domain name changed for new creation ROSA cluster
Issue
- Starting with ROSA CLI version 1.2.7, all new cluster OIDC provider endpoint URLs have been changed to oidc.op1.openshiftapps.com from rh-oidc.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com.
- OIDC provider domain name is not working.
