jcmd alternatives link is missing on JWS container image

Issue

• We've updated to the latest JWS image 5.7.6-4. We now see the jcmd alternatives link is not present though the file itself still exists at /usr/lib/jvm/java-11-openjdk-11.0.21.0.9-2.el8.x86_64/bin/jcmd.
• This is not an issue with the prior 5.7.5-1 JWS image
