On RHEL cloud instance, IP assigned through DHCP becomes secondary IP address.
Issue
- IP address assigned through DHCP becomes the secondary IP address, when on the same interface the static IP address is also assigned.
- After NetworkManager update to version 1.36.0-4, IP assigned through DHCP became secondary IP address.
